This Stunning, updated Historic House in downtown Manassas, VA. Steps to the VRE (Commuter train) and all the historic downtown has to offer: Restaurants, bars, shopping & community events! Saturday weekly farmers market is 1 block away! (Seasonal)

3 rooms of the house are for rent. Property Manager lives onsite.

Each bedroom has their own keypad door lock.

First floor is a shared community space with a grand entryway, 

Dining Room: 6 person table, 

Living Room: Sofa sectional and 2 sitting chairs & TV,

Kitchen: Fully appointed with dishes, pots & pans, full sized fridge, microwave, air-fryer, blender, etc. 

½ bath on the main level. 

Office: Desk, printer and sitting area. 

Outdoors: Large front porch, back patio with outdoor entertainment area, fire pit, picnic table and grill. 

Laundry is on the 2nd level and can be used as needed. 

All utilities included, wifi, bedding & towels provided, weekly cleaning provided, sheet swap will be weekly. 

“Secret Garden '' is on the 2nd floor with an ensuite bathroom. Room is 12x15 with two large windows with black out curtains, Queen sized bed, closet, dresser, desk and sitting chair. 

The 3rd floor has two bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo, double sink and full size linen closet. 

“Tree House” is 21x10. Includes Queen bed, closet, sitting area with 2 chairs and desk.

“Sea Shore”  is 11x12. Included Queen bed, closet, sitting chair and small dresser.
